How did you become a successful female entrepreneur? How did you grow your business or make it profitable? What’s your secret? These are the questions many of you are consistently asking me on a daily basis. While it is true anyone can start a business, the bad news is, not everyone can build a profitable business & be a successful female entrepreneur.

There is no overnight formula for succeeding as a female entrepreneur. There are, however, personal, attainable skills that you can develop that will help you reach your desired goals. I’ve included three pertinent skills to master that are primary elements of the foundation of a SUCCESSFUL FEMALE ENTREPRENEUR!

Confidence is a wave that we ride on regardless of the circumstance that we find ourselves in. Female entrepreneurs that are successful aren’t afraid to put themselves out there and promote their business EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Don’t get me wrong, we have ALL struggled with lack of confidence at some point in our lives, but when you lack self-confidence it shows in your business! If you want people to believe in the products or services you are selling, you have to show them you believe in yourself and you believe in what you are “selling”.

The only person who can stop you from reaching your desired level of success is YOU. Get out of your own damn way, put yourself out there and go for it!

Self-discipline is the fastest way to success! The passion you have for what you do should create a huge sense of motivation, but there will definitely be some days you do not feel motivated to do anything! That’s the gift and the curse of being your own boss. If you want to guide yourself and pursue your passions, you must hold yourself accountable for your actions.

So how can you get more disciplined?

You have to create a plan & some attainable goals. I suggest you list your goals out for the next 30 days, 60 days & 90 days & SET DEADLINES. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD MY FREE GOAL SETTING WORKBOOK. Choose one main goal to focus on and buckle down and do what needs to be done, even when you don’t feel like doing it. Just remember that Self-Discipline is what gives us our edge. Our uniqueness. Our freedom.

Stop being afraid to promote yourself and your business. The only difference between you and other successful female entrepreneurs in your industry who are killing it, is they are ALL IN and not afraid to put themselves out there and promote their business. Forming a network and engaging with an audience is what is going to provide you with the utmost credibility. Be transparent and stay resilient with your voice.

To harness our entrepreneurial spirit is to learn how to maintain the characteristics and lifestyle it requires. Focusing on ourselves in these three areas will allow us to be the most successful version of ourselves. Start now. Start with you.
